Information Capturing in Meetings

More than 50% of all data in pitch decks, teasers, CIMs, IC Memos, and more, are derived from calls and meetings. Often, this valuable information goes uncaptured or relies heavily on junior staff to take detailed notes. Examples of these situations include:

  1. Calls with Management

  2. Customer calls and testimonials

  3. Expert calls

  4. Interviews

  5. Buyer/Seller calls

  6. And many more…

To address this, we have integrated an AI transcriber directly into our product. The importance of this data for our customers is immense, and its criticality is why it should sit alongside all of your other data sources, such as internal files, paid data sources, online research, etc.

What is an AI transcriber?

AI Transcriber

An AI transcriber is an AI bot that transcribes your virtual calls (Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet) with higher accuracy than a human.

Appearance

The bot will join the call with video off. Its name will appear as your organisation name followed by 'Model ML Notetaker'. EG Tesla Motors ModelML Notetaker

Understanding Transcripts

  1. Location: After a call transcript is created, it goes into your 'calls' file within the files pages. You can relocate them to other folders or collections as needed.

  2. Multiple Participants: If multiple people from your organisation are on the call, only one AI bot will join. However, the call transcript will be delivered to everyone in your organisation that was included in the calendar invite.

  3. Transcript Appearance: Transcripts can be viewed on the left-hand side of the screen.

  4. Viewing Transcripts: Transcripts can be accessed by clicking on the transcript file anywhere within the ModelML app.

  5. Failed Transcripts: A transcript may have failed if you didn't allow the bot into the call or if nobody was on the call, leaving the bot with nothing to transcribe.

  6. Discussing Transcripts: To discuss content from a call, add the transcript to a collection and use chat threads or table threads (bulk Q&A). Treat these the same way you would a normal file.
