Hi All,

Hope you had an excellent weekend. Before we get into this week's product launch, a few of you flagged that you received the following message a couple of times:

I am sorry I could not process your request, please try again later.

This happened after an update to the model last Thursday, we have since implemented a fix, but a couple of you are still having issues that we are hoping to put to bed today. This is only being encountered by our “lucky” BETA users (you guys), so please continue to report any issues you encounter to us.

Now onto the new stuff, Thread Anywhere!

Threads are now standalone and not tied to collections, allowing querying of files and folders without adding them to a collection. We call it “Thread anywhere” because from any file, folder, collection or call transcription you can click the thread button on the card, and it will take you directly into a thread with those asset(s) attached.

Please read this article for more details.

Source URL sharing

You can now easily copy links for any page of your files directly from the PDF viewer. Just click the Copy link button when the source file is open and share, everyone with access to the file will be able to open the link and be redirected to the source page on Model ML.

This also means when you export a grid, the sources' column will now be links. Anyone who has access to that file will be taken into Model ML to the exact page of the source if they click on the link.

How-to and what for?

The how-to this week is how to get online sentiment across review platforms, whether it be professional review platforms or social media platforms. Watch the video and read this article to learn more.
